Team
As customer service & sales support Another-Label you are part of a small, driven and enthusiastic team, affiliated with a larger whole.
Location
The head-, design- and production office is located in Nieuw-Vennep, you will mainly work at the head office.
FUNCTION
We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality who excels in both administrative work as in optimal customer service.
You offer structure, are driven and a real trouble shooter!
We offer a broad position with a versatile range of tasks for a real go-getter.
Your main tasks include:
– Independently set up, perform and control various administrative activities
– Handling customer inquiries by phone and e-mail satisfactorily
– Processing returns, exchanges, deliveries and orders and the associated administration
– Processing data
– Warehouse stock management
– Administrative support with delivery, running packing slips and managing distribution center
– Responsible for sample inbound/outbound
– Support of all sales agents in Europe
– Processing all DPD packages
– Loading and managing B2B
– Loading and managing webshop
– Processing webshop orders, returns and deliveries
Job-requirements
– Completed MBO/HBO education
– Strong organizational skills and punctuality
– Numerical insight and administrative strong
– Team player
– Analytical
– Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, German is a plus
– Experience with (fashion) ERP systems is a plus (preferably It’s Perfect)
– Experience with Shopify is a plus
– Experience in registering portals with large customers such as Zalando, Wehkamp, About you is an advantage
